KEIGHLEY Albion and Bradford Dudley Hill will be heading to Featherstone Rovers tomorrow, as the pair partake in their respective Yorkshire Men’s League finals.
Albion will be taking on Newsome Panthers at the Millennium Stadium in a 5pm kick-off on Saturday in the YML Cup, while at 3pm, Dudley Hill take on Greetland All Rounders in the YML Trophy.
Keighley’s opener in the competition saw them take on Hull Wyke, who they beat last year at Featherstone’s ground in the Division Three play-off final.
And they defeated their East Yorkshire opponents once again in this tournament, going through with a 22-10 victory.
Keighley then dispatched of Sharlston Rovers in the quarter-finals, beating them 48-16 on home soil.
The semis were a much tighter affair, but Albion edged out Siddal Academy to win 18-16 and make it to the showpiece.
They warmed up nicely for the final by beating Ossett Trinity Tigers 24-6 in the league last Saturday, in a result that moves them up to second in the table.
