OAKWORTH III were on the wrong end of a thrashing by Division 4A leaders Foulridge II at Noyna.

The hosts smashed 289-9, with Oliver Bishop taking 3-36, before Graham Fothergill (27) scored almost half of the visitors' runs in their 59.

Sandy Lane II are a point behind after they overcame Ingrow II by six wickets at Hainworth, while Chatburn II are third after winning by six runs at Airedale II.

Barrowford overcame Glusburn II by seven wickets at Park Field, after the home side made a respectable 179-7 (Akram Javaid 43).

In an inter-divisional game Sutton II lost out to Division 4B Wilsden II by 11 runs.

Craig Sanderson (4-28) was the best bowler as the Windy Grove side made 106-9, and the south Craveners were restricted to 95 in reply, with Mudassar Riaz (5-25) doing most of the damage.

In another inter-divisional game, Haworth II lost out to 4B Cowling II by 55 runs in Bronteland, Sajid Shafait (50 and 4-25) being the visitors' man of the match.

Meanwhile, Division 4A Hepworth & Idle II were far too strong for Division 4B Cononley II, winning by 157 runs. The Westfield Lane side made 197, Paul Hogg (5-28) being the pick of eight bowlers used before the south Craveners were dismissed for 40.

There was a tie at Bronte Fields when Bingley Congs III entertained Long Lee II.

Craig Pullen made 42 as the Golden View side closed on 134, with Asher Nutting taking 5-42.

The home side’s Ben Nattrass made 76 before they too were dismissed for 134, with Simon Webster claiming 5-38 and Neil Kennedy 4-32.
