COUGARS fans have been invited to check up on some of their old boys who are now playing rugby union.

Free entry to Bradford Salem home matches is being offered to anyone wearing a Cougars shirt in November.

Salem have five former Cougars in their squad – Dan Snowden, Ryan Smith, Danny Belcher, Chris Clough and Sam Gardner, who is director of rugby at the Shay Lane club.

Heaton-based Salem, who are second in SSE Yorkshire Division Two, have a potentially season-defining month ahead, including home matches against West Leeds on Saturday (currently fourth) and Barnsley (third) on November 22 and away matches against West Park Leeds (top) on November 15 and Goole (fifth) on November 29.

In addition, free entry will also be given at Shay Lane next month to anyone wearing a Bulls shirt.
