MEMBERS of a charity football team scored a hit with young hospital patients.
Craven for Change FC players delivered gifts to Airedale Hospital children's ward.
Chinny Singh, for the football team, says: "We are keen to continue our work to help others.
"We'd like to thank all the staff on the ward, who made us feel very welcome."
Craven for Change FC was set up in 2022 by a group of friends, with the aim of keeping active and raising money for good causes.
Last year, it achieved a milestone of £10,000 raised since its formation.
Nearly a dozen different charities and organisations have benefited, including Sue Ryder – which runs Manorlands hospice at Oxenhope – and Keighley-based It’s Worth Talking About, which offers free weekly face-to-face mental health peer support groups for men, women and teens across the Bradford district.
