POLICE have seized a quad bike which was being driven up and down a Keighley town-centre street.
Keighley Neighbourhood Policing Team officers said the driver, stopped in Spencer Street, wasn't wearing a helmet and was found to have no licence or insurance.
He has been reported.
Police have also seized a Ford Focus which they say was being driven anti-socially in Back Eric Street, Lawkholme.
The driver had no insurance.
