A BUS ploughed into a line of parked cars after it was in a crash with an oncoming pick-up truck in Lees last night in an incident which left a passenger in hospital with chest injuries.
The single deck bus, which was travelling downhill along Haworth Road, was in a collision with a Mitsubishi L200 and then hit a parked car which shunted into other stationary vehicles at about 9.50pm.
The incident took place on a stretch of the road as it descends into the village, just after the primary school on the right and the Oxenhope turning to the left.
Firecrews attended from Bingley and Shipley and the injured passenger was taken to Airedale General Hospital for treatment.
