LAYCOCK Women's Institute staged a Cocktails and Diamond party to celebrate its 60th anniversary.
Thirty-six members were joined at Friday's event, at Laycock Village Hall, by colleagues from the Aire Gap group and representatives of the West Yorkshire Federation.
Past presidents and Hilda Townend, a founder member, also attended.
There was a cocktail bar and three-course dinner and entertainment from Haworth singer, Charlotte Jones.
A special cake was baked by Karen Walbank and iced by president Julie Glentworth, who thanked everyone for attending.
A toast to the committee was proposed by Barbara Atkins, and West Yorkshire Federation chairman Helena Harrington thanked the Laycock group.
