Child killer Anwar Rosser will find out tomorrow (October 31) if an appeal against his full life prison sentence has been successful.
Rosser, 33, was convicted in February of the brutal murder of four-year-old Riley Turner in the toddler's Keighley home.
Mr Justice Coulson described Rosser as an "exceptionally dangerous man" who could kill another child if he was ever released, before ruling he should spend the rest of his life in prison.
The former soldier's appeal was heard earlier this month by the Lord Chief Justice Lord Thomas, Mr Justice Wyn Williams and Mr Justice Sweeney at the Court of Appeal in London.
Riley was killed in his bed in what the court had heard was a "savage and gratuitous" attack in January 2013.
