FAMILIES will be able to see exotic rescued pets during a holiday activity at Cross Hills Library on Tuesday. (October 28)
The session, which runs from 2pm to 3.30pm, is part of this year’s Family Learning Festival.
Volunteers from Morley Exotic Animal Rescue Trust will take a long a variety of animals that may include snakes, lizards, meerkats, skunks, a monkey, and spiders.
A spokesman said: “This is a rare opportunity to get up close to some amazing creatures and learn how to look after them.”
A craft activity will follow the event. Tickets cost £2 per person. Call 0845 0349533 to book places.
