THE parents of a four-year-old boy who died in a house fire have today paid heartfelt tribute to their "most loving, happy sweet child".
Nathan Harrison was treated at the scene of the blaze – in Sunnyhill Grove, Keighley, on Monday afternoon – for serious injuries caused by smoke inhalation, but died shortly afterwards in hospital.
His 10-year-old brother Matthew was also taken to hospital after breathing in smoke, but his condition is improving.
Mother, Jodie Collins, said: "Our beautiful boy Nathan was the most loving, happy sweet child and he loved everybody.
"He was the closest person to Matthew, his brother, and now he has sadly gone."
Nathan's father, Chris Harrison, said: "We all loved Nathan dearly. We are all distraught.
"He was a beautiful little boy. We will miss him."
Inquiries are continuing into the cause of the blaze.
